Website information
Product data on this site — model, bore, outside diameter, width and available options — is provided for guidance. Dimensions follow the standards noted on the product pages and are cross-checked against factory tables where supplied, but tolerances and other performance values are confirmed in the quotation and on the datasheet. The catalogue may change without notice.
Quotations and orders
A quotation is valid for the period stated in it. Prices cover the model, grade, sealing, cage, grease and packaging listed in the quotation; a change to any of these may change the price. An order becomes binding when we confirm it in writing, and the written confirmation together with these terms governs the supply.
Lead times and delivery
Standard models are normally delivered in 7–25 days, and special or custom orders in 30–50 days, counted from order confirmation and receipt of any agreed advance payment. Lead times are estimates and depend on quantity and material availability; the shipping date is confirmed in the order acknowledgement. Shipments are arranged from Ningbo or Shanghai.
Drawings and intellectual property
Drawings, specifications and samples you send remain your property. We use them only to quote and manufacture your order, we do not disclose them beyond what production requires, and we do not make or sell your custom parts for anyone else. Our own drawings, process documents and the NCWY brand remain our property.
Samples
Samples are available, and sample or trial quantities below the standard minimum are negotiable. Sample quantity, lead time and any charge are confirmed in the quotation rather than assumed.
Payment terms
Payment is T/T 30% in advance with the balance against B/L copy, or L/C at sight. Other payment structures can be discussed for repeat orders.
Shipping and Incoterms
The applicable Incoterm, such as FOB, CIF or EXW, is stated in the quotation or contract together with the port. Risk passes according to that Incoterm. If no Incoterm is stated, it must be agreed in writing before shipment.
Warranty and claims
We warrant that goods match the specification confirmed for the order. Inspect each shipment on arrival and raise any claim in writing as soon as a non-conformity is found, quoting the model, quantity, batch reference and photos; we will investigate and agree a replacement, credit or other remedy. The warranty period and claims window are stated in the order confirmation or contract. Normal wear, incorrect mounting, contamination and unauthorised modification are outside the warranty.
Liability and governing law
Our liability is limited to the value of the goods concerned, except where the law does not allow that limitation. These terms and any contract for sale are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. The parties will first try to resolve a dispute amicably; if that fails, it is referred to the competent court at our place of business in Ningbo, Zhejiang, unless the contract provides otherwise.
