Frequently asked questions
MOQ, samples, documents, customisation and ordering — answered briefly.
What is your minimum order quantity, and can we place a trial order?
The standard MOQ is 2,000 pieces per model. Trial orders and mixed-model orders can be discussed with the sales team, so send the models and quantities you need and we will confirm.
Do you supply free samples?
Samples are available on request. Whether a sample is free, and who covers freight, depends on the model and the order that follows, so the sales team confirms the arrangement in writing before dispatch.
What is the lead time for a standard model and for a custom specification?
Standard models are quoted at 7 to 25 days, and special or customised bearings at 30 to 50 days. The exact date is confirmed against stock, quantity and specification when we quote.
Do you offer OEM or ODM service?
Yes. OEM, ODM and OBM are offered, including custom marking, chamfer colour and OEM packaging. Send your drawing or branding requirement and we will confirm feasibility and the MOQ that applies.
Can you customise the bore, chamfer or ball material?
Yes. Black chamfer, chamfer colour, custom grease, ceramic balls and stainless steel rings are available, and special bores can be produced to drawing, such as 6203/8 with an 8 mm bore on the standard 6203 outside diameter.
Which certificates and test reports can you provide?
An SGS RoHS test report, SHAEC1610052101 dated 17 May 2016, was issued to the former company name CIXI CHUANGWEI BEARING CO., LTD; it is a test report, not a certificate. ISO 9001, CE, SASO and PVOC documentation can be supplied on request with export orders.
How do I send drawings and get a quotation?
Send the drawing, model, quantity and application through the inquiry form or to cixincwy@outlook.com; photos of a failed part also help. You will receive a quotation with MOQ and lead time, and sample approval comes before mass production.
What are your payment terms?
T/T 30% advance and the balance against the B/L copy, or L/C at sight. The terms are stated on the proforma invoice and confirmed in the contract.
Which ports do you ship from, and which Incoterms do you use?
Shipments leave from Ningbo or Shanghai. The Incoterm is stated on the quotation and confirmed in the contract, so it is clear which costs are included before the order is placed.
How is quality inspected before shipment?
Inspection uses a roundness tester, profile projector, surface instrument and other metrology equipment, and covers boundary dimensions, radial clearance, vibration and appearance. Third-party testing such as the SGS RoHS report can be arranged on request.
Can I get a catalogue and datasheets?
The catalogue covers 35 models with bores from 3 mm to 20 mm and outside diameters from 7 mm to 42 mm; boundary dimensions follow GB/T 276 and ISO 15. Load ratings and limiting speeds are supplied on the datasheet on request.
What warranty do you provide?
Warranty terms are agreed per order and written into the sales contract or proforma invoice, so the wording that applies to your order should be requested from the sales team. Claims are handled with the model, quantity, packaging label and operating conditions.
What is the difference between ZZ, 2RS and 2RZ?
ZZ is a metal shield with a small gap, 2RS a rubber seal that contacts the inner ring, and 2RZ a non-contacting rubber seal. Shields run with lower friction, contacting seals give the strongest protection against dust and moisture, and the choice should follow the operating conditions.
Tell us the model, the quantity and the application.
Send a drawing or a sample request and we will confirm dimensions, lead time and price. Photos and drawings can be uploaded with the inquiry.
