OEM and Custom Bearings

What we customise

Most OEM projects keep the standard deep groove geometry and change what surrounds it. We can supply:

• Black chamfer, with the chamfer colour in red, black or another agreed colour
• Custom grease for your temperature and speed range
• Ceramic balls, and stainless steel rings in 440C, 304 or 316 where the environment calls for them
• Customer marking and fully customised packaging
• Special bores and boundary dimensions to drawing, such as 6203/8 (8 mm bore on a 6203 outside diameter) and 62001 (12 × 28 × 10 mm)

OEM, ODM and OBM services are all offered. For ODM and OBM work we start from the application and the motor or appliance design rather than from a catalogue number. If a specification is not on this list, send the drawing; most changes inside the deep groove family can be quoted. Angular contact ball bearings in P4, P5 and P6 classes for high-speed spindles are quoted from the drawing; four-point contact and thin-wall four-point contact designs are in development.

Sample and approval flow

• You send the drawing, the application and the expected order volume.
• We confirm what can be produced, the tolerances that need agreement and the price.
• We make samples for your test and approval.
• Production starts after written approval of the sample and the packaging.

Samples are available, and trial orders below the 2,000 pcs standard minimum can be discussed. Production follows the approved version, so any later change should come through a written revision rather than a verbal note.

Packaging and labelling

Standard packaging is a plastic tube, a single box with a plastic bag, VCI anti-rust paper and an export carton. OEM packaging and labels are available. Labels can carry your brand and part number; we confirm the label layout, carton mark and packing list format before the first shipment.

Compliance documents

For customer compliance files we can provide the SGS RoHS test report and ISO 9001, CE, SASO and PVOC documents on request. The SGS report was issued in 2016 to our former legal name, Cixi Chuangwei Bearing Co., Ltd.; the company now trades as Zhexing Precision Bearing. Documents are supplied with export orders. If your market requires SASO or PVOC inspection, tell us when ordering and we arrange it for the destination.
